TrackHQ

The plan your trainer wrote. The log you actually keep.

Trainers build the program, assign it to a client or a group, and see who trained. Clients open the app, see today's session, and log it set by set.

TrackHQ client app: today's session, a resume-workout card, and last-7-days training volume

A prescribed plan and a logged session
are two different records.

Most fitness apps are built for one person training alone. TrackHQ is built for the pair, the trainer who writes the program and the client who runs it. Adherence and volume are computed from what actually happened, never from what was written.

What makes it different

Not another checkbox tracker.

Logged, not ticked

Adherence and volume come from real sets with real weights. A completed checkbox proves nothing.

Two taps to log a set

The workout player is the one screen used mid-set, with sweat on the phone. Nothing decorative gets in the way.

Days, not sessions

Adherence counts training days, so a client running a personal plan and a group class isn't penalised for either.

Groups are first class

One plan, many clients, per-member truth, not a spreadsheet bolted onto a workout tracker.

Agency isolation is structural

Multi-tenant separation is enforced in the service layer and covered by a dedicated security test suite.

Numbers before words

Every logged figure renders in tabular monospace, so columns of sets align and a log reads at a glance.

How it works

Prescribed on the web. Logged in the gym.

1

The trainer writes the plan

Build a program on the web, day by day (sets, reps, weight, rest, notes), and assign it to a client or a whole group.

2

The client logs the session

Today's session is waiting on open. Prescribed weight and reps are pre-filled; two taps and it's logged.

3

Both of you see the truth

Adherence and volume are computed only from what was actually logged, never from what was written, so the dashboard can't flatter anyone.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need a trainer to use TrackHQ?

Yes. TrackHQ is built around a trainer writing the plan. Without one there is nothing to log against.

Can I have more than one trainer?

Yes. Clients can join multiple trainers by code and remove any of them.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing scolds you. The trainer sees adherence; the client sees their own numbers.

What if I stop mid-session?

Leave it. The session stays open and is handed back when you return, with the sets you already logged intact.

Does a group class count toward my training?

Yes. Adherence counts days trained, so a personal session and a group class on the same day count as one trained day, not one missed.
